Ingredients

  1. 300Ā gmĀ Boneless Chicken Meat
  2. to tasteĀ Salt
  3. Ā½Ā tbspĀ Black Pepper
  4. Ā½Ā tspĀ Spice mix (Garam Masala)
  5. to tasteĀ red chili powder
  6. 1Ā tbspĀ cornflour
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1Ā tsp
  8. 1Ā tbspĀ Green coriander leaves
  9. 1Ā½Ā cupĀ Bread crumbs
  10. 1Ā Egg
  11. to deep fryĀ Oil

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces
  2. Using a medium-size mixing bowl, mix the chicken with the salt, black pepper, mix spices powder, red chili powder, Ginger garlic paste, one egg, cornflour, and Ā¼ cup bread crumbs and mix well until the mixture becomes a dough.
  3. You can also use clean hands to squish the ingredients together then form them into 1 inch round small balls
  4. Roll the balls into the crumbs until the balls become firm enough to deep fry. Place into the refrigerator for a while before cooking
  5. Heat one inch of oil in a medium-sized skillet to 350 degrees F
  6. Gently place the balls into the hot oil and cook for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Be careful, you do not overheat the oil and it will smoke and you will burn the chicken balls very quickly
  8. Here ready to serve.
