I guess a minority of vegetarians don’t like eggs, so they use some other veg supplements like- spinach, etc, but don’t worry I’ll also share some easy dishes for vegetarians. INGREDIENT

  1. Egg (3)
  2. Onion (1)
  3. Salt (½ tsp)
  4. Chilli powder (¼ tsp)
  5. Chaat masala (¼  tsp)
  6. Black pepper (¼ tsp)
  7. Beaten egg (1)
  8. Leaves coriander (¼ cup)
  9. Mix herb (¼ tsp)
  10. Bread crumbs (1 cup)
  11. Cooking oil for deep fry
  12. Salt (¼ tsp)
  13. All-purpose flour (1 cup)

DIRECTIONS-

  1. In a bowl add 3 eggs, salt ½ tsp, ¼  teaspoon pepper powder, chili powder ¼ tsp, chopped onion, and chopped coriander leaves and mix well the ingredients.
  2. Take a flat bottom pot and grease it with oil and then pour the egg mixture into the pot.
  3. After that, In a pan add little water, place a stand then put the egg pot and cover it with the lid, also cover the pan with the lid, and let it steam for 20-25minutes on medium to low heat. 
  4. After 25min, take it out from the pan and cut it into a shape like a finger.
  5. Take another small bowl and add 1cup of all-purpose flour, ¼ tsp chaat masala, salt ¼ tsp, mix herb- ¼ tsp and mix well.
  6. Another bowl takes bread crumbs and in another Bowl add 1 egg and a pinch of salt mix it well.
  7. Now take an egg slice,  first coat it with the flour mix, dip in egg batter then coat with bread crumbs. Continue the process with other egg slices.

  3. chili powder (1/4 tsp)
  4. garam masala (1tbsp)
  5. turmeric powder (1tsp)
  6. salt (to taste)
  7. ginger garlic paste (1 tsp)
  8. onion (2)
  9. Tomato (1)
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. green chili (3)
  12. cumin seeds (1/2tsp)
  13. cloves (5)

DIRECTIONS

  1. First, boil the eggs until they become soft and cooked fully. Remove the shell and cut it into half. 
  2. take the pan and now add 1tbsp oil and add 1/4 chili powder, turmeric powder, a little bit salt and saute them after that add the halved eggs to the pan. ( yellow should touch the pan). after 2 minutes, carefully turn the egg halves so that white touches the pan. till eggs turn a golden color.
  3. keep aside eggs and on the same pan add oil 3 tbsp, now add clove, cumin seeds, fry for 1 min, add ginger garlic paste 1 tsp, green chili and saute for 1 min after that add chopped onion again saute for 2 min and now add chopped tomato and require salt and saute them well, at last, add Garam Masala Powder and mix it well and saute for 5 more minutes. (add little water if it becomes dry).

  2. salt (1/4 tsp for egg mixture)
  3. black paper (1/4 tsp for egg mixture)
  4. onion small chopped (1 or 1/2 cup)
  5. chopped tomato small (1 or 1/2 cup)
  6. chopped capsicum small (1 or 1/2 cup), or any type of veggie you like.
  7. cheese (1/2 cup)
  8. butter or oil (1 tbsp)
  9. black paper (1/4 tsp for veggie mixture)
  10. salt (1/4 tsp for veggie mixture)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven at 350F. Using 2 tablespoons butter, butter the muffin cups generously. Set aside.
  2. take a large bowl and crack the eggs, add 1/4 tsp of salt, and 14 tsp of black paper and whisk well.
  3. Now take a pan, add butter and chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped capsicum (or any other type of vegetables you like), salt 1/4 tsp, and 1/4 tsp black paper and saute for 5 min but don’t overcook.
  4. now transfer the sauteed vegetables into a bowl and let it cool down at room temperature after that add the cheese and the egg mixture and mix all together.
  5. Pour about ¼ cup mixture into each muffin cup and bake about 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set.

  1. Potato (2 boiled)
  2. Egg (4)
  3. oil (1tsp)
  4. cumin (1tsp)
  5. salt to taste
  6. ginger chopped (1/2 tbsp)
  7. green chili chopped (1)
  8. turmeric (1tsp)
  9. lemon juice (1tsp)
  10. black paper (optional)
  11. red chili powder (1tsp)
  12. Bread crumbs as needed
  13. egg (2 for egg wash)
  14. chopped coriander leaves (for garnishing)

  1. Boil the eggs for 12 mins. peel the shell and keep aside.
  2. take a pan to add oil after that add cumin seeds, chopped ginger, add green chili chopper, add all the spices like- turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and saute for 1 min and now add the boiled mashed potato and lemon juice and mix all together, Knead it into a soft dough.
  3. Scoop potato mixture into the palm of your hand, cupping to create a bowl shape. place a hard-boiled egg in the center and gently wrap and seal tightly. Set aside to chill. repeat it for all.
  4. take a bowl and whisk the eggs and take another bowl with breadcrumbs.
  5. dip the egg bolls into the egg wash and coat it with bread crumbs, repeat the same for all.
